i can not believe that my baby is finished with Kindergarten! He had a great year and is ready for summer! He had an awesome teacher and he never once complained about getting up and going to school!

Balloons in Heaven

If you didnt know, Callon has always been obsessed with balloons (baboons). Kinda like Cailey's obsession with bubbles. Ever since Callon was about 18 months old, he was the happiest when he could have a balloon. He slept with them in his bed, which terrified me and I would go in a get them out when he fell asleep. We actually potty trained him with the bribe of mylar balloons (yes, he knows mylar are the best kind!) One of the reasons why I do not like balloons is beacuse of the heartache they can cause when they fly away or pop. He used to get terribly upset. Callon has been giving his balloons away to those people that are close to him and i think its because he thinks they will make that someone just as happy as they make him. I know when he was very little, his Grammy told him that when they fly away, they are going to heaven to be with Papa Tom (Sandy's dad). After that he never got upset anymore. I think he felt like he was giving it to Papa Tom and he was glad to do it. Last Wednesday night Callon told me that when he gets to heaven, Papa Tom would have all his balloons for him and he would be waiting, holding them behind his back.

Here is the first time Callon showed his obsession with balloons. It was my sister's 18th birthday and he drug these balloons all over my mom's house for the whole week!

Kindergarten Fun Day!

Today was Kindergarten Fun Day! We all got to go and play games and have fun! Callon loves to go to school with his brother! Only one problem, he thinks next year he will be in Canton's class!

There was hula-hooping!!

There was golfing!

There was even soccer! Dont ya love how my kids teamed up?

And wouldn't ya know, Cailey found some bubbles! It didnt take her long and she parked it!

She, of course, loved it!

She eventually tried the hula-hoop!

And of course, there was snack time!

Tball

Canton just loves playing tball! And he doesn't even care if he is never at pitcher or third base or any other position- he loves playing catcher! He loves to hit too!! He tries so hard, when he hits, i can hear him grunt! It is so cute! I am just glad he is having fun!

Love it!

This is why I love being a mommy!!! I love to see my kids smiles! Cailey loves to make you laugh and she does it a lot!

My Lil' Graduate

Canton started Sonshine School when he was just 9 months old! He graduated from Kindergarten last night. He loves going to school and he is so excited about 1st grade. We are so proud of you , Canton!! You make us so happy!

Cailey was too shy to walk across the stage very far, so daddy held her!

Tomatoes!!

Papa gave us a tomatoes plant that didn't make it and the kids were pretty bummed about it. So, we stopped by the Edmond FFA plant sale today and got some more! The kids are super excited about "raising" tomatoes! I don't even think the boys will eat tomatoes, but I know Cailey and I will!!

Walk-A-Thon

Canton had his fundraiser at school. He raised money for each lap he was going to walk for the Walk-A-Thon. We decided he could do five laps. It took me a little bit to find where they actually were, so I missed the beginning. When I finally found it, and spotted him, he was sprinting!!! (see i told you he takes after his dad). His teacher came up to me and told me he had been running the entire time. She said she even told him to "pace himself"! Canton was so excited to be a part of the Walk-A-Thon! And Canton wanted me to say Thank you to everyone who donated to his school!

Ok, maybe he takes after me a little tiny bit!!! The CONCESSION STAND!!! YAY!!!!
